Qualifications
- Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or master's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of post-graduate work experience, with a proven track record of professional achievement and impact
- Experience at the Principal/Associate Partner level or higher in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm
- Demonstrated experience in developing new customer relationships and generating business development opportunities, leading to successful customer engagements
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience overseeing large-scale projects and driving them to successful completion
- Extensive expertise in the Life Sciences sector, with a strong emphasis on Pharmaceuticals and CDMOs; experience with operations is a significant plus
- Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, with a focus on guiding and developing junior to mid-level professionals
