Lead media strategists, develop client strategies, generate insights, guide award-winning media solutions. Contribute to agency thought leadership and new business pitches.
The purpose of this role is to manage media strategists and/or lead on day-to-day deliverables on a single account or several accounts – guiding business objectives, insight generation, cultural narrative, media briefs, creative media solutions, strategic POVs and go-to market activations. Also in charge of delivering thought leadership and award worthy ideas to clients and growth pitches.

Develops, manages and grows a team of media strategists
Delivers proactive thought leadership to client(s)
Leads and/or inputs into new business pitching
Contributes to agency thought leadership or initiatives
Guides how audiences will contribute to achieving the overall business goals
Guides award worthy work through creative media solutions
