With hundreds of thousands of players already on board, this is just the beginning of our journey, and we are always on the lookout for new voyagers to join our adventure.

About the role

We're not looking for a traditional video editor. We're looking for a tech-savvy creative who knows their way around a game engine (Unity) and understands how to capture compelling in-game footage. You’ll be responsible for recording, assembling, and editing all visual content (trailers, dev diaries, community updates, YouTube/Twitch content) using real-time gameplay assets and scenes - working closely with the rest of the video marketing, game design, and art teams. We’re looking for a passionate and seasoned person to join us and of course, passion is the key, but we also need someone with an entrepreneurial mindset with professional reflex to be a great fit for this position. Not only should you be a gamer, but you should also understand the current MMORPG audience and market.

Responsibilities

As part of the creative marketing team, you will work on all video assets using in-game content, from script/story board to final edit of the video with several missions:

  1. Set up cinematic shots directly inside Unity: adjust cameras, angles, lighting, animations, and environment
  2. Capture gameplay and in-engine footage using tools like Unity Timeline, Cinemachine, or custom tools
  3. Edit and polish video content using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar (trailers, devlogs, community teasers, Twitch content)
  4. Create and maintain a library of in-game video assets for marketing, publishing, and community needs
  5. Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager, Creative Team, and developers to storyboard, plan, and execute video projects
  6. Ensure a high level of visual quality, clarity, and storytelling, aligned with the brand tone and art direction
  7. Analyze the competitors, especially the MMOPRG/RPG games, to ensure we have our own brand ID

Requirements

  1. 5-8+ years of Gaming experience in video editing
  2. Solid experience working with Unity (or Unreal) in a video or cinematic capture context
  3. Strong understanding of camera movement, scene composition, lighting, and timing
  4. Proficiency with video editing tools: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
  5. Experience editing dev diaries, gameplay trailers, or YouTube/Twitch content
  6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver polished content in a fast-paced environment
  7. Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  8. Good communication, leadership, and project management skills, who can understand marketing objectives.
  9. Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment with a lot of ownership.

Nice to have

  1. Strong familiarity with MMORPG, either as an active player or a community member, ideally with professional experience on a MMORPG game.
  2. A solid familiarity with the Mobile gaming ecosystem
  3. Familiarity with motion design and VFX workflows, knowledge of Maya and Blender
  4. Experience creating trailers or gameplay showcases for online communities
  5. Background in game art, animation, or cinematics
  6. Knowledge of Twitch and YouTube trends in the gaming space
  7. A pop & geek culture to discuss the last TV show or SDCC announcements and how we can twist it

Benefits

  1. Competitive salary and flexible remote or hybrid work options. Important to know, if you are not planning to relocate to Bulgaria, you should own your own structure to invoice our studio on monthly basis.
