We are seeking a Marketing Lead to define how our games connect with the world. This role requires a blend of strategy, storytelling, and experimentation, suitable for individuals who can develop high-level strategies and execute detailed testing. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for existing and upcoming game titles, conduct early-stage market validation for new concepts, and work closely with the Community Manager and Development Team. This is a pivotal leadership position for those who excel in indie-scale environments, offering the opportunity to build, lead, and shape game discovery and player engagement.
Good To Have:- 2+ years of marketing communication experience in gaming or related industries.
- 4+ years of video game marketing experience.
- Familiarity with AI-focused applications.
- Existing network in gaming or AI sectors.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and game data analysis.
Must Have:- Develop and execute marketing strategies for game milestones.
- Manage backend operations on Steamworks and app stores.
- Create and distribute developer broadcast newsletters.
- Collaborate with marketing partners on campaigns.
- Collaborate with Community Manager on events.
- Host game-related events (virtual and in-person).
- Create high-quality marketing assets.
- 2+ years of video game marketing experience.
- Strong track record in marketing/community campaigns.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Intermediate image/video editing skills.
