Job Details
Thoughtfish develops games and gamified apps for mobile devices. We strive to create innovative products and technologies with areas of applicability beyond the scope of gaming. We are looking for professionals to strengthen our friendly, highly-motivated team.
Tasks
- Create and execute marketing strategies for our various gaming projects and COALA technology
- Maintain direct communication with business partners
- Work closely together with other teams to develop top-notch marketing campaigns
- Regularly monitor and drive community engagement across key platforms
- In time, build up and lead an in-house marketing team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the games industry
- Attention to detail and the ability to focus and manage your own time
- Willingness to accept/provide direction and handle multiple tasks
- Experience working in and leading a team
- Passion for video games
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English
- Understanding of the gaming and software markets
- Ability to critically assess situations and come up with fitting solutions
- Proficiency in social media and marketing platforms
- Creativity and leadership skills

Our technology allows us to know a user's context: for example, if he or she is sitting in the rain in a playground, or trudging through snowy sidewalks, perhaps in search of a warm drink at a cafe. This knowledge is not limited to just time, place or weather: we continually gather new data sources and adjust the ongoing responsiveness of an app to the user's context.

Wir wissen, ob er bei Regen auf einem Spielplatz sitzt oder sich bei Schnee durch die Fußgängerzone schlägt und wahrscheinlich einen Kaffee trinken möchte.
