Video Producer (In-Studio)

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Producer for a San Francisco-based Studio to join a dynamic team and contribute to innovative projects.

This is a contract role where you will manage and execute high-quality digital recordings, oversee in-studio production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Recording: Manage and execute digital recordings using platforms such as Riverside to produce high-quality content for various media channels.
• In-Studio Production: Oversee and operate studio equipment, including cameras and lighting, ensuring technical excellence across all productions.
• Video Editing: Edit recordings to create polished, professional videos that are ready for webcasts and social media platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align production schedules and deliverables with project timelines.
• Production Management: Coordinate logistics for shoots, from setup to execution and post-production, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality results.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in digital recording and video editing.
• Comfort with remote recording platforms, specifically Riverside.
• Solid knowledge of in-studio production, including camera operation and lighting setup.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
