Job Description

The VIP Manager (Streamer Focus) will build and maintain strong relationships with high-value streamer players, acting as their primary contact. Responsibilities include onboarding streamers, monitoring performance, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Risk & Payments) to enhance the VIP experience, planning marketing activities, ensuring compliance, analyzing data to optimize strategies and drive revenue growth, and assisting with affiliate management. The ideal candidate possesses experience in account/VIP management within iGaming or a similar industry, understands the streaming community (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Discord), and has strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a VIP Manager for Streamers - someone who will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with streamers, who are considered high value players. You will act as the primary point of contact for streamers and top-tier account management with a flexible mindset.

The selected individual will be responsible to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ensuring a high level of engagement and retention.
  • Identify and onboard streamers and influencers in gaming and casino community.
  • Monitor activity and streamer performance, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage partnerships aligning with company goals and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Risk & Payments) to deliver a premium VIP experience.
  • Be responsible for campaigns and initiatives to promote engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze streamer data to identify trends, optimize performance strategies, and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan marketing activity with streamers and partners
  • Assist in managing affiliates and collaborate with other teams when needed

Requirements

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in account management, VIP management, player relations, or high-value customer engagement within iGaming or a similar industry.
  • Familiar with streaming community (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Discord) and its role in iGaming.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to optimize streamer performance.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with responsible gaming regulations and compliance best practices.
  • Experience with CRM tools and VIP management platforms is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, open for on-call work.
