What We’re Looking For:

1.⁠ A strong design sensibility with a focus on illustrations and animations

2.⁠ Proficiency in editing tools like Canva and the Adobe suite

3.⁠ Experience in storytelling through visuals, using illustrations and animations to enhance user engagement

4.⁠ Fluent spoken and written English communication

5.⁠ Willingness to work from our office in JP Nagar, Bangalore

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

1.⁠ Creating illustrations and animations that bring the Lingopanda app to life

2.⁠ Selecting themes and ensuring design consistency across platforms

3.⁠ Collaborating independently with stakeholders (Founders, Marketing, Content, and Tech teams) to manage the design process from concept to execution

4.⁠ Developing visually dynamic content for marketing and social media that includes animations and graphic storytelling

Compensation: ₹4 - ₹6L per year, plus ESOPs based on performance
