Job Description
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a central role in organizing an excellent customer journey within the store. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to elevate the collection in a way that is both inspiring and commercially astute, aiming to maximize indirect and direct customer service while pushing sales performance to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer customers a high level of service through style advice, product knowledge, and in-store experience
- Analyze sales reports and take responsibility for the store's visual actions
- Window display installation
- Creation of inspiring outfits and mannequins
- Arrange merchandise in store stock in accordance with company guidelines
- Support sales staff in store operations
- Train and support teams on visual merchandising rules to be respected within the brand
- Be a brand ambassador and offer the best experience to our customers

What you need to succeed:
Knowledge
- An understanding of the latest trends, fashion, and silhouettes
- Experience working with visual merchandising guidelines, including window displays and mannequin styling
- Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial key performance indicators and sales reports.
- Fluent French - Read, written, and spoken
- Intermediate English - Read, written, and spoken

- You have experience in managing in-store VM decision-making, including window and mannequin changes, promotional setups, and early season layouts.
- You have successfully collaborated with other managers/colleagues to achieve store objectives.
Additional Information
