Job Summary

Job Description

The VP of Business Development at G5 Games will lead the expansion of their mobile publishing business, including exploring new markets and platforms, managing strategic partnerships with app stores and advertising platforms, and identifying M&A opportunities. This role requires experience scaling a gaming business, particularly in casual games, a deep understanding of US, European, and Asian markets, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Russian. The VP will also build and mentor the business development team, collaborating closely with international teams and partners. The position involves significant responsibilities in strategic planning, deal-making, and team leadership within a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Scale gaming business (casual games preferred)

  • Fluent English and Russian (C1+)

We are currently looking for an experienced VP of Business Development who will drive G5’s publishing expansion, build strategic partnerships, and explore new market opportunities. If you value not just managing but inspiring and helping employees grow — we’d love to have you on our team!

What you will work on:

  • Expanding G5’s publishing business on mobile platforms and G5 Store.
  • Entering new markets and platforms to assess business potential.
  • Publishing games in "exotic" countries to generate additional revenue.
  • Managing strategic partnerships with app stores and advertising platforms.
  • Identifying and closing M&A deals.
  • Building and growing the business development team.
  • Collaborating with international teams and partners.
