Role Overview: 



We seek a VP of Marketing for Infinite Reality Engine, our B2B WebXR business unit.  The VP of Marketing for Infinite Reality Engine will be a key executive on the team, reporting to the CMO, and leading important marketing functions for our SaaS business. This is a remote position with some travel required.

What You’ll Do: 



  • Develop, execute and track integrated marketing programs that support the acquisition of new customers and drive revenue
  • Develop and execute our ABM strategy, including creation of programs that generate, nurture and and convert leads
  • Partner with Product to develop deep understanding of our roadmap, product features, and how they will provide value to our customers and end users
  • Develop our product positioning and weave it consistently across the various touch points of our brand ecosystem
  • Engage in research to effectively price and position our products and services in market
  • Own the go-to-market plan and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, especially in product and finance, to  successfully launch campaigns on time and on budget
  • Develop creative and cost-effective marketing programs including advertising campaigns, promotions, conference activations and more 
  • Partner with press and Enterprise Sales teams to drive awareness and demand via PR, conferences and other initiatives 
  • Own the Infinite Reality Engine global marketing calendar and work cross functionally to integrate key events into other corporate and portfolio company calendar initiatives
  • Understand our customer(s) and advocate for them by being the voice of the customer  
  • Partner with the leadership team on strategies to maximize ARR and drive retention of our customers
  • Partner with brand creative to develop and express our brand identity
  • Create and execute our content marketing strategy, including identifying tactics for content distribution
  • Develop strategies to engage influencers (creators, developers, analysts, entrepreneurs) to talk about / evangelize our brand and products
  • Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs, while owning important KPIs including website traffic, leads, and sales
  • Leveraging data, develop analysis to track and report on performance of the initiatives you lead and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Hire, coach, and retain top talent

Requirements

What You’ll Bring: 



  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
  • Minimum of 2 years in the SaaS market strongly preferred. 
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent (MBA a plus).
  • Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
  • Experience launching new software products in the market
  • Experience in Web3, WebXR/ Metaverse, and/or AI a plus
  • Track record of hitting sales targets and other defining metrics/ goals
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced company; bias for action 
  • Creative, innovative thinker who excels at the art and science of technical marketing
  • Ability to be nimble, agile and pivot based on critical thinking and learnings
  • Proven leader with high EQ who can inspire and motivate
