G5 Games is a game developer and publisher headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Since 2006 our company has become public and is listed on .

We create games in popular genres such as match-3, hidden object games, and mahjong solitaire. Our portfolio includes over 20 world-class projects, including Sherlock, Hidden City®, Mahjong Journey®, Homicide Squad®, Jewels series, and others.

We are currently looking for an experienced VP Product (with relocate/remote).

What you will work on:

  • Lead and manage the Product Owners Team and New Games Research Team.
  • Inspire and improve team processes, guiding them towards the development of hit games.
  • Make key product decisions to ensure the best product-market fit.
  • Organize and drive the creative process, including brainstorming sessions and creative research.
  • Evaluate new game ideas and their alignment with target audiences.

It’s important to us:

  • Experience in game design and product decision-making.
  • Strong background in game development F2P projects, preferably in casual games or a wide range of genres.
  • Key hard skills include creativity, game design, and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and the capacity to inspire others.
  • Proven experience in organizing and managing creative processes, including evaluating audience fit.

Would be a great bonus:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience as a Senior Product Owner, Game Design Lead, Director, Executive Producer, or similar roles where you oversaw both creative and business aspects of game development.
  • A background in product marketing within the casual games sector.
