Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.  

Responsibilities:

• Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium- to high-complexity applications.
• Actively participates in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
• Collaborates with project stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
• Recommends and promotes industry standards, tools, and practices (e.g., DevOps) to ensure well-engineered software products.
• Proposes improvements and escalates risks or issues related to development activities.
• Reviews the work of development team members and provides constructive feedback.
• Learns and applies new technologies, tools, and practices as required by the project.
• Engages in internal and external tech communities, events, and discussions.
• Shares knowledge and experience gained from projects to contribute to team growth.

• +3 years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of programming paradigms (OOP, Functional) and familiarity with design/architectural patterns (e.g., SOLID, GoF, MVVM) and clean code principles.
• Practical experience with database systems (SQL), version control systems like Git, and testing/mocking frameworks.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS.
• Nice to have: Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, Next.js, NestJS, Webpack, and Babel.
• Familiar with communication protocols and standards (e.g., HTTP, REST, JSON, TCP/IP).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, KANBAN) and knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
