Retail & Commercial teamは 、ワーナーブラザーズスタジオツアー東京のリテール店舗、レストラン、フォトサービス、オーディオガイドサービス、倉庫などの収益サポート活動を管理し、すべての収益業務にわたって常に最適なレベルのサービスを提供します。

優先される業務の目的

• マネージャーの指揮のもとWarner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo の倉庫および在庫が適正に管理されることに寄与し、ショップとeコマースについて最適なサービスを提供できるようにする。定められたタスクが滞りなく進捗するよう計画性を持った行動をとる。

主な業務内容

• 倉庫、在庫室と在庫関連機能の的確な運用。

• 効果的な在庫管理、補充、効率的な運用を通じて適切に販売在庫を充足。

• 在庫補充と比重を最適化するための効果的で正確な在庫管理の確立への貢献。

• 適切な時間枠内に物の出入りが行われる手順の確立および実施。

• 販売分を含む在庫レベルの管理、および在庫切れ可能性の早期発見と関係者への共有。

• 棚卸の実施。

• 欠陥品や破損品の正確で定期的な報告。

• レポートの作成。

• eコマース対応(導入後)。

人・リーダーシップ

• 自身および他の作業者の安全で健全な作業環境の保持と促進に最大限注意する。

• ゲストのニーズを満たす為の最適なレベルのサービスを提供できるようにする。

• 部門内及びビジネスの状況に常に関心を持ち、変化に柔軟に対応できるようにする。

• マニュアルを遵守した作業、またその応用。

• 探求心を持って、幅広い知識と技能を身に付ける。

• 習得した知識や技能を他のメンバーにも共有する。

選考基準

関連する又は前職の経験

• 小売業における倉庫管理、在庫管理経験者。

• フォークリフト資格保持および操縦経験者。

• 施設等の立ち上げ業務に携わった経験があれば尚可。

• 学歴不問。

必要なスキル

• 献身性と論理的思考。

• 日常業務においての問題解決能力。

• チームの成長に寄与し、共に目標を達成する能力。

• チームワークへの高い理解。

• 倉庫オペレーションを高めるための適切で効果的なコミュニケーション能力。

• 適切な優先順位付けと改善の能力。

• IT 機器に関する基本的な知識。

勤務形態

• 業務の特性上、ビジネスに理解があり柔軟な働き方が必要

• 年間変形労働制（週37.5時間が目安）

• 早朝、夜間業務あり

• 土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）勤務
