The Warehouse Inventory Manager oversees all warehouse operations and inventory control at the OKC facility. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with other departments. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring warehouse personnel, ensuring timely order fulfillment, maintaining high inventory accuracy (>97%), implementing lean warehousing techniques, utilizing ERP systems for efficient operations, and managing local contractors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience, along with 2+ years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and contract negotiation is essential. Compliance with regulations such as UL and the Johnson Act is also required. The manager will participate in cross-functional improvement activities and special projects.
