Job Description
Tesla is seeking energetic and driven Warehouse Store Persons for its Truganina, VIC parts warehouse. Responsibilities include all warehouse operational tasks such as picking and packing, receiving, put-away, and other duties to meet safety and KPI requirements. The role demands maintaining a safe and productive work environment, contributing to KPI targets, sorting and putting away incoming goods, picking and packing outgoing goods, performing inventory control tasks, reporting inefficiencies and improvements, adhering to safety guidelines, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, and upholding Tesla values. The ideal candidate will possess high safety standards, a customer-focused mentality, attention to detail, adaptability, willingness to learn, schedule flexibility including weekends, ability to follow instructions, teamwork skills, independent work capabilities, basic computer skills, RF scanner and printer proficiency, and punctuality.

Tesla is hiring for multiple Warehouse Store Person positions in our parts warehouse based in Truganina, VIC.
To be a successful candidate for this role you be an energetic, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The primary goal of the store person is to undertake all warehouse operational tasks such as picking and packing, receiving and put away, and anything else required to meet all operational safety and KPI requirements
- Maintain a safe work and productive work environment.
- Contribute to all warehouse KPI targets being met
- Work in, and support all areas of the warehouse
- Sort and put away incoming goods – hand pick
- Pick and pack outgoing goods – hand pick
- Inventory control tasks
- Report any inefficiencies and productivity improvements
- Follow safety guidelines & procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- Report any equipment damages or repairs needed
