Job Description

The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of warehouse workers to achieve set goals and KPIs. This includes planning and organizing daily warehouse operations, stocking goods, issuing materials, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. The leader will also optimize warehouse processes, implement improvement proposals, oversee adherence to safety regulations, collaborate with other departments, conduct regular inventory, and train new employees. Must have:

Experience in warehouse work and forklift operation
Experience in team leadership and motivation

Good to have:

Knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management systems
Active knowledge of English

řízení a motivování týmu skladníků k dosahování stanovených cílů a KPI
plánování a organizace každodenních skladových operací
zaskladňování zboží na skladové pozice
výdej materiálu dle jednotlivých projektů
zajišťování efektivního příjmu, uskladnění a expedice zboží
optimalizace skladových procesů a implementování zlepšovacích návrhů
dohlížení na dodržování bezpečnostních předpisů a postupů
spolupráce s ostatními odděleními (výroba, logistika, nákup)
provádění pravidelné inventury a řešení případných nesrovnalostí
školení nových zaměstnanců a podpora rozvoje stávajících členů týmu
