JAKÁ PRÁCE VÁS ČEKÁ
- řízení a motivování týmu skladníků k dosahování stanovených cílů a KPI
- plánování a organizace každodenních skladových operací
- zaskladňování zboží na skladové pozice
- výdej materiálu dle jednotlivých projektů
- zajišťování efektivního příjmu, uskladnění a expedice zboží
- optimalizace skladových procesů a implementování zlepšovacích návrhů
- dohlížení na dodržování bezpečnostních předpisů a postupů
- spolupráce s ostatními odděleními (výroba, logistika, nákup)
- provádění pravidelné inventury a řešení případných nesrovnalostí
- školení nových zaměstnanců a podpora rozvoje stávajících členů týmu

- zkušenosti s prací ve skladu a řízením VZV
- zkušenosti s vedením týmu a schopnost motivovat zaměstnance výhodou
- výborné organizační a komunikační dovednosti
- aktivní znalost Aj
- znalost skladových procesů a systémů řízení zásob
- znalost práce s PC
- pečlivost, zodpovědnost
