Working Student: HR & Office Management

As a Werkstudent in HR & Office Management, you will play a key role in supporting both HR administration and office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions.

• Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks
• Support office management activities, including organizing supplies and workspace coordination
• Help plan and coordinate internal events and meetings
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative matters
• Maintain records and support employee onboarding processes

• Currently enrolled in a university program
• Interest in HR, office management, and administration
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Self-driven
• Already living in the Munich metropolitan area
• Part-time or full-time during the holidays
