Working Student: HR & Office Management

As a Werkstudent (working student) in HR & Office Management at welevel, you'll support both HR administration and office operations. Responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, supporting office management activities (organizing supplies, workspace coordination), planning and coordinating internal events and meetings, acting as a point of contact for employees, maintaining records, and supporting employee onboarding. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a university program, interested in HR and office management, possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and is fluent in German and English.
