Your impact

As a Senior Workday HCM Expert, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Leading the planning, design, and implementation of Workday HCM solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Conducting thorough needs assessments, developing functional specifications, and configuring Workday HCM modules to meet client requirements.

  • Providing expert guidance on Workday HCM capabilities, including Core HR, and one or more of the following functional areas: Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance, and Absence Management.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical counterparts, to ensure seamless integration and data migration.

  • Mentoring and developing junior consultants, providing training and support to build their expertise in Workday HCM.

  • Staying current with Workday developments and industry trends to continuously improve service offerings and client solutions.

  • Participating in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Taking a leadership role in the team and playing an important role in defining and realizing the vision and strategy of the Workday HCM practice.

  • Contributing to constantly reinventing our services and go-to-market priorities.

About you

  • You have more than 6 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with a strong focus on Workday HCM implementations.

  • You have prior experience in the consultancy industry.

  • You have led or significantly contributed to Workday HCM projects in the private sector, preferably in Belgium / Benelux.

  • You have a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field.

  • You have in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionalities, including Core HR and one or more of the following modules: Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance, and Absence Management.

  • Knowledge of Payroll is a plus

  • Knowledge of HRIT Architecture is a plus

  • You have one or more Workday HCM Certifications

  • You are client-oriented, a team player, and proactive.

  • You are fluent in English, and fluency in French and/or Dutch is a plus.
