Must have:

Enrolled in a relevant degree program.
Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent German and good English skills.

Good to have:

First experiences with operational and strategic HR topics.
Knowledge of German labor law.
Experience with HR software.

What we are looking for:

To support us in our mission, we are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) to join our People and Culture Team. We offer you the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment, actively contribute to HR projects, and deepen your knowledge in the HR field.

Become a part of our headquarters' HR team and experience international HR work in the context of a dynamic tech scale-up.
Learn HR tasks across the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to employee care to offboarding).
Assist in personnel administration, including preparing certificates and other HR documents.
Ensure diligent data maintenance in our HR systems.
Support and monitor timekeeping for the EMEA region.
Contribute with innovative ideas actively to projects in various strategic HR areas, such as talent management or learning & development.

Basic Qualifications:

Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Easy to work with
Sense of urgency
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business or social sciences and a passion for human resource-related topics
Enjoyment of administrative tasks and organization, as well as a desire to dive into operational HR work
Proficiency in MS Office
Enjoys communication and working in a team
Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Excellent knowledge of German and good English skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:

First experiences with operational and strategic HR topics and knowledge of German labour law
First experiences with HR software are desirable
