Working Student HR (m/f/d)

Minimum Qualifications

• Enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Hands-on mentality and high commitment

• Strong empathy, communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to self-reflect

• Structured, independent, and responsible approach to work

• Committed and solution-oriented working style

• Basic knowledge of German labor law and data protection

• Fluent German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level) language skills, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial practical experience in human resources, e.g., through internships or working student positions

• Good knowledge of HR management systems (e.g., Personio)

• Experience in a start-up environment or the gaming industry is a plus

• Affinity for gaming (especially MMORPGs)
