As a Working Student in the Own Content team at tonies®, you'll support the creation and management of engaging audio content for children. Responsibilities include assisting with contract management, communicating with vendors, reviewing and proofreading scripts, providing QC feedback, researching potential partners, supporting content development research, managing project sites (Confluence, Asana, Google Drive), and tracking invoicing. You will work closely with internal and external teams to bring unique stories and songs to life for a global audience. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a passion for children's audio content.

As a member of our Own Content Team, you play a key role in bringing unique stories, songs, and content to life, inspiring young listeners and sparking their imaginations. Working closely with internal teams, international stakeholders, and creative professionals, you support smooth production processes and help develop, produce, and manage engaging audio content that continues to delight families worldwide.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Support Business Affairs:
  • Assist in creating and managing contract templates and ensuring folder administration is up to date.
  • Communicate with vendors by managing Artist Letters, Music Cue Sheets, Copyright Notices, and more.
Support Project & Audio Content Management:
  • Review and proofread English audio scripts.
  • Listen to and provide QC feedback on English audio content (check the content on the Toniebox)
  • Research and identify potential partners, such as voice-over talents, musicians, and writers.
  • Support to research relevant topics for original audio content development within the children’s entertainment space
  • Support communication with audio partners (e.g., writers, production houses, voice talents).
  • Manage and organise Confluence and Asana project sites, Google Drive folders, and a sound/audio library.
  • Track and document invoicing status for productions.
What we are looking for:
  • Native-level English proficiency or comparable fluency.
  • Passion for music, storytelling, and children’s audio content.
  • Currently studying media, literature, or languages (or a related field).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • A team player who thrives in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
