Patreon seeks a Workplace & Recruiting Coordinator in NYC to manage office operations, greet visitors, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records. Patreon is a media and community platform where creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. Over 300k creators are cultivating fandoms and building their businesses each month. Creators can offer free memberships to fans looking to explore more of their work, paid memberships to give access to exclusive media and community, or sell directly to fans with Shops.

Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:

  • 8B+ earned since Patreon's inception

  • 30M free new memberships in the first year of launching that option, and

  • 10M fans paying each month for exclusive access to creators' work and community.

We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Workplace & Recruiting Coordinator to support our mission.

This is a contract role based in New York City and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week.

About the Role

Workplace duties

  • Help manage the NY office’s daily operations

  • Greet visitors when they arrive at the office

  • Work with building management to maintain employee access

  • Manage incoming mail packages

  • Manage all office inventory

  • Facilitate catered meals and food deliveries

  • Help with event set-up, room turn-over

  • Refresh supplies in team rooms, huddle rooms, and phone booths

Recruiting duties

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers promptly.

  • Ensure interview rooms are set up, technology is functioning, and interviewers are prepared.

  • Be physically present at the office during on-site interviews to provide logistical support and ensure a smooth interview experience.

  • Greet candidates, guide them through the interview process, and address any on-site needs or concerns.

  • Proficiently use our ATS to input and manage candidate information, interview schedules, and feedback.

  • Respond to candidate inquiries and communications within 48 hours, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and feedback.

  • Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects as needed.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the interview scheduling and coordination process.

About You

  • Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures

  • Working knowledge of office equipment 

  • Familiarity with relevant scheduling software, communication tools, and applicant tracking systems 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Reliable with patience and professionalism

The posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits and perks previously outlined. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider your experience, leveling, location and other job-related factors.

Range: $35.00 - $40.00/hour
