Job Summary

Job Description

This YouTube Specialist role at Google's gTech Ads Solutions division requires fluency in English and French. You'll consult with advertising companies of all sizes, developing optimal advertising strategies using Google products. Responsibilities include reviewing client objectives, creating holistic media strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams for account growth, and driving conversations on YouTube/DV360 media measurement and attribution. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, business acumen, and data analysis skills, along with experience in digital media, marketing, and client relationship management. The position is based in Wrocław or Warsaw, Poland.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital media/advertising experience
  • 1+ year client relationship/account management experience
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Develop and implement client media strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic advertising
  • Data analysis and pattern identification skills
  • Strong business acumen and influencing abilities

Job Details


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Google products across Google Ads, YouTube and programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to process data sets and identify patterns of significance.
  • Excellent business skills, with the ability to navigate and influence various personalities within a business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply knowledge of market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer the best solution for clients' business challenges.
  • Review client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and investment.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth.
  • Drive conversations on measurement and attribution (along with the Measurement and Attribution specialists) of YouTube or DV360 media.
