Job Description

This is an opportunity to join the leadership team as Ubisoft establishes a powerful, industry leading, creative production force where Ubisoft India, Ubisoft Philippines, Ubisoft Singapore and Ubisoft Vietnam collaborate and amplify their strengths to accelerate the execution of Ubisoft’s HR strategy and craft the best gaming experiences for players.

The Zone HR team is composed of the Zone HR Director, Zone HR Leads for Talent, Reward, and Operations, and the Studio HR Heads. By joining them, you will play a key role in empowering studios by co-designing the zone’s Rewards operating model and supporting its future implementation.

The Zone Reward Lead is a thought leader in translating business goals to HR’s Reward strategy within the Zone. In the current context of HD studio evolution, they play a key role in the transformation journey, co-designing the future HR operating model & supporting its future implementation.

They will provide guidance and recommendations to the Zone HR team in alignment with our people and business growth strategies to ensure we continue to build high quality games, in an inclusive & respectful environment. The Zone HR Reward Lead develops impactful people strategies focusing on all aspects related to compensation and benefits.

This key role collaborates with the team of HR professionals and HR specialists across the zone to provide precise, compliant, and scalable Reward operations to the studios. The Zone Reward Lead advises and executes HR issues & key HR processes related to Reward across the whole employee life cycle for a high performing Zone.

Responsibilities and Duties

Business, people & HR Strategy

- Define the Zone Reward strategy to attract, motivate and retain talent, mirroring global strategies & aligned with studio needs.

- Partner with the Zone HR Director on strategic Reward initiatives and business priorities on topics such as:

  1. Pay and Performance, ensuring alignment to HQ and zone guidelines, applying robust decision-making processes that align with zone Talent and Reward strategies
  2. Benchmarking, with a strong understanding of the studio profiles in the zone and reflective of the zone strategy on pay and performance
  3. Benefits, achieving alignment where possible and creating the best value and risk assured approach for the zone
  4. Awareness of reward related legislation, ensuring up to date knowledge of country specificities and studio alignment where needed
  5. Recognition programs that attract, motivate and retain

- Deploy & support consistent Reward projects, initiatives and processes across the Zone

- Oversee specialized capabilities for the Zone working within the Reward space

- Interface with Studios & HQ, looking for continuous improvement, localization specificities and feedback

- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion through the Zone’s Reward strategy and initiatives

Zone Evolution Transformation

- Support the zone evolution transformation, as an active leader in sharing insights to increase organizational efficiency and leading synergies for production studios from a Reward standpoint

- Advise and contribute to the organizational design of the Reward team in the Zone, defining the best way to operate at zone/studio levels for the production organization

- Contribute to the definition of the next Reward operating model for the Zone and its implementation

- Propose and work on the most time-efficient processes to lead & deliver the Reward roadmap within the region

- Work closely and engage Local HR teams on all aspects of HR related to Reward.

  • Strong experience in planning, creating, and implementing HR strategies: high-performing teams and cost-efficient organizations
