From developing and executing product strategies, driving product development initiatives, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our products in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a proven track record of delivering successful products, and excellent leadership skills.</span></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>What you'll be doing:</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.</li><li>Lead product management team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.</li><li>Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives.</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, implementation and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.</li><li>Provide regular updates on strategies to leadership, promoting alignment and transparency.</li><li>Regularly interact with clients (across North America, EMEA and APAC regions).</li><li>Offer guidance, mentorship, and support for team alignment, effective decision-making, and successful product outcomes.</li><li>Cultivate a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team.</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>Required Skills and Experience</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>More than 15 years of product management experience.</li><li>More than 8 years of team leadership experience.</li><li>Strong bias towards action (timely decision making).</li><li>Ability to build strong partnerships with Engineering, Services/Sales and Client leaders and teams.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in managing and leading product management roles.</li><li>Experience formulating and executing product strategies for business growth.</li><li>Success in overseeing the entire product lifecycle including Go-To-Market activities.</li><li>Strong command of product management methodologies and best practices.</li><li>Profound quantitative background, deriving insights from complex data to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Ability to connect innovative thinking to business and financial outcomes.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, adept at navigating complexities and managing stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Passion for innovation and technology, with a customer-centric mindset and a desire to create exceptional products that delight users</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered" data-qa="closing-description"><div><span style="font-size: 10px;">#LI-BA1</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 10px;">#LI-Remote</span></div></div>
