Entrata's Insurance department is looking for an Agency Support Representative to join their team. This role will provide data verification to Entrata's clients, offer basic written support to policyholders, and assist with other non-customer-facing tasks. Responsibilities include answering emails from existing and prospective policyholders, maintaining accuracy of paperwork related to existing policies, verifying Insurance Coverage from third-party providers, and providing feedback to management to improve product offerings. The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and spoken English. They should also be self-motivated, computer-savvy, and eager to grow within the company.
