Job Description

Entrata is seeking a Talent Partner to join their People & Places team in Pune, India. This hybrid, contract-to-hire role involves managing the full lifecycle recruiting process for various roles within a business unit. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, collaborating with leaders to identify and attract passive and active talent, influence hiring best practices, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Entrata's talent acquisition strategy.

  • Leverage multiple networks and sourcing strategies to build passive and active candidate pools.
  • Influence hiring best practices around the interview process.
  • Build meaningful, trusted relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
  • Tactically negotiate and close offers in a highly competitive environment.
  • Effectively manage expectations with both candidates and internal stakeholders during interview and offer process.
  • Identify long term sourcing pipelines through community resources and university relationships and engagements.
  • Identify effective brand awareness campaigns and programs.
  • Provide regular status reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and business partners.
  • Provide professional advice and recommendations around market conditions to key stakeholders and the recruitment team.
  • 6 months to 2 years’ experience of Recruiting in the SaaS industry.
  • Knowledgeable in full lifecycle recruiting components.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistently building strong pipelines to source and connect with potential candidates.

Entrata’s Talent Partner is who we rely on to collaborate with our leaders to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for all roles in their business unit. We are looking for a strategic partner who is motivated by identifying creative ways to cultivate a pipeline of passive and active talent for this group.

As part of our Talent Team, based in Pune, India, this role requires the ability to execute on a talent acquisition strategy for a variety of roles. As a key member of the team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and build a unique approach to attracting Talent for Entrata!

Responsibilities will include

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process with a focus on positive candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, HRBP's, Compensation team, and colleagues to ensure we are clearly identifying the client needs and effectively executing hires.
  • Leverage multiple networks and sourcing strategies to build passive and active candidate pools.
  • Influence hiring best practices around the interview process.
  • Build meaningful, trusted relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
  • Tactically negotiate and close offers in a highly competitive environment.
  • Effectively manage expectations with both candidates and internal stakeholders during interview and offer process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years’ experience of Recruiting in the SaaS industry.
  • Knowledgeable in full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends and relationship management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to connect with all levels of candidates and stakeholders within the organization.
  • Consistently building strong pipelines to source and connect with potential candidates
