Job Summary
The Associate, Talent role is an entry-level position on Razorfish’s Talent (HR) team. This person will provide clarity and solutions to employees throughout talent lifecycle as well as gain knowledge of people processes. As an Associate, Talent you are always learning, always asking questions, and always trying new ideas. You will support other Talent team members and provide front line support to employees.
Must Have
- Frontline HR support for employees and managers
- Manage Talent Team Inbox, responding to inquiries within outlined SLAs
- Facilitate New Hire and Transfer Orientation (virtual and in person)
- Prepare information for discipline, and agency meetings
- Manage Accommodations Requests, Leave of Absence, Return to Office forms
- Manage Voluntary Exits, including exit interviews
- Manage Involuntary Exits, oversee preparation of paperwork, systems terminations
- Manage Soft Benefits payments, including referral bonuses
- Compensation statement creation and distribution
- Manage career settings tickets and approvals
- New Hire paperwork: I-9s, background checks, other documents as required
- Agency transfers: tickets, paperwork
- Coordinate with Publicis Digital Experience (PDX) teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies
- Proactive follow through and communication with internal HR team and employees
- Support generic reporting needs, including CSR preparation and tracking
- Direct contact with payroll and benefits specialist teams to resolve issues for team members
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties with accuracy
- Gain knowledge of progressive performance improvement model and learn PIP process
- Support employee relations investigations and performance improvement plan (PIP) conversations
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or human resources related field
- Experience with Microsoft office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Worked in a fast-paced environment where priorities and focus may shift

Overview
The Associate, Talent role is an entry-level position on Razorfish’s Talent (HR) team. This person will provide clarity and solutions to employees throughout talent lifecycle as well as gain knowledge of people processes.
As an Associate, Talent you are always learning, always asking questions, and always trying new ideas. You will support other Talent team members and provide front line support to employees.
Responsibilities
- Frontline HR support for employees and managers
- Manage Talent Team Inbox, responding to inquiries, with clear communication, within the outlined SLAs
- Facilitate New Hire and Transfer Orientation (virtual and in person)
- Prepare information for discipline, and agency meetings
- Manage the following processes for the agency:
- Accommodations Requests, Leave of Absence, Return to Office forms
- Voluntary Exits, including exit interviews
- Involuntary Exits, oversee preparation of paperwork with offshore team, systems terminations, etc.
- Soft Benefits payments, including referral bonuses
- Compensation statement creation and distribution
- Manage career settings tickets and approvals
- New Hire paperwork: I-9s, background checks, other documents as required
- Agency transfers: tickets, paperwork
- Coordinate with Publicis Digital Experience (PDX) teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies
- Proactive follow through and communication with internal HR team and employees via email, Talent Team Inbox, and meeting updates
- Support generic reporting needs, including the preparation and tracking of CSR
- Direct contact with our payroll and benefits specialist teams to resolve issues for team members
- Responsible for escalating situations when needed
- Responsible for proactive follow up and completion of employee issues
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned with accuracy
- Gain knowledge of progressive performance improvement model and learn PIP process
- Support employee relations investigations and performance improvement plan (PIP) conversations through detailed note-taking and documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or human resources related field
- Experience with Microsoft office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Worked in a fast-paced environment where priorities and focus may shift

Compensation Range: $50,065 - $73,944 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
