Job Summary

This role is a strategic growth integrator for Publicis Groupe India, responsible for unlocking organic, integrated growth by connecting brands, practices, and capabilities across agencies. The SVP will act as the central SPOC for all incoming integrated leads, RFPs, and pitches, leading integration strategy and orchestration across agencies on high-value pitches and client engagements. They will own the Top 20 client knowledge system, partner with the CPO for senior-level growth conversations, and drive collaboration across global, regional, and local stakeholders. The role also involves identifying, designing, and scaling cross-practice solutions to unlock new revenue streams and influencing CXO-level leaders without formal authority.

Must Have

Overview

This role is a strategic growth integrator for Publicis Groupe India. The SVP – Product & Solutions will sit at the centre of the Groupe ecosystem and will be responsible for unlocking organic, integrated growth by connecting brands, practices, and capabilities across agencies.

The role carries no P&L ownership, but significant influence. Success will be measured by the ability to drive integrated wins, scale multi-agency solutions, and expand share of wallet across Top 20 clients.

Responsibilities

Core Accountability

  • Act as the central SPOC for all incoming integrated leads, RFPs, and pitches across Creative, Media, Digital, Tech, Content, Production, Experiential, CRM, and Commerce.
  • Lead integration strategy and orchestration across agencies on high-value pitches and ongoing client engagements.
  • Own the Top 20 client knowledge system for the Groupe—mapping opportunities, overlaps, and white spaces.
  • Partner closely with the CPO to initiate and lead senior-level growth conversations with top clients.
  • Drive collaboration across global, regional, and local stakeholders for inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Identify, design, and scale cross-practice solutions that unlock new revenue streams.
  • Influence CXO-level leaders across agencies without formal authority.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • 15–18 years of experience in integrated marketing, consulting, or client leadership roles.
  • Prior regional or global exposure with multi-market stakeholder management.
  • Strong preference for candidates with marquee FMCG experience (ex-Unilever, P&G, Colgate) in strategy, account leadership, or transformation roles.
  • Deep understanding of brand solutions, media, digital, CRM, commerce, and technology builds.
  • Proven ability to operate as a connector, integrator, and strategic advisor in complex organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; prior entrepreneurial or business-building experience is a plus.
