Job Description

As a Digital Media Planner, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to create effective digital media plans that achieve client goals. This role requires a solid understanding of digital media channels, media planning, and performance analysis. You will develop and implement strategic digital media plans, manage media budgets, conduct research, analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports for clients, while also building relationships with vendors and collaborating with creative teams.
Must have:

Overview

As a Digital Media Planner at our agency, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to create effective digital media plans that achieve client goals. This role requires a solid understanding of digital media channels, media planning and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic digital media plans aligned with client goals and target audiences.
  • Support the digital media planning process, from research and analysis to strategy development and execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and create tailored digital media solutions.
  • Assist in managing media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources across digital campaigns.
  • Contribute to supervising junior digital media planners and their skill development.
  • Conduct media research to identify digital industry trends and audience insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using digital analytics tools and collaborate on recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients on digital media strategies and campaign results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with digital media vendors and partners to negotiate favorable rates and placements.
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure media plans seamlessly integrate with campaign creative and messaging.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media planning, preferably in an advertising agency.
  • Understanding of digital media, with knowledge of online channels and integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital media planning tools and data analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Effective communication skills to present media strategies and results to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital media planning software.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
