Job Summary
As a Digital Media Planner at Publicis Groupe, you will be responsible for independently creating and implementing strategic digital media plans, guiding junior team members, and collaborating closely with clients, account managers, and the creative team. Must Have

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and spoken English

- Understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, DV360, AdForm and other similar platforms

Overview
As a Digital Media Planner, you’ll be responsible for independently creating media plans and guiding junior team members. You will also work closely with clients, account managers, and the creative team to craft strategic media plans that align with the client’s goals and maximize campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic digital media plans aligned with client goals and target audiences.
- Support the digital media planning process, from research and analysis to strategy development and execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and create tailored digital media solutions.
- Assist in managing media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources across digital campaigns.
- Contribute to supervising junior digital media planners and their skill development.
- Conduct media research to identify digital industry trends and audience insights.
- Analyze campaign performance data using digital analytics tools and collaborate on recommendations to improve ROI.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients on digital media strategies and campaign results.
- Keep up-to-date with digital media innovations, including programmatic advertising, data analytics, and new platforms
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in media planning or a similar role, ideally within a media agency.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, DV360, AdForm is a plus, and other similar platforms.
- Familiarity with digital media planning tools and data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and gaining insights.
- Effective communication skills to present media strategies and results to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and spoken English
