Job Summary

Publicis Groupe Bogotá - Colombia is looking for a Trainee, a final-semester student in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, and/or related fields. This program offers comprehensive training across five digital areas: Business Intelligence, Digital Advertising, Data, SEO, and Social Media. The intern will work and learn alongside industry specialists, supporting various tasks from qualitative and quantitative analysis to campaign implementation, data interpretation, social media management, and SEO strategies, ensuring compliance with company processes.

Must Have

  • Support in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis for business objectives.
  • Support in implementing and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Support in understanding and interpreting data for visualization and insights.
  • Support and optimize client presence on social media.
  • Support in applying SEO strategies for organic visibility and traffic.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures.
  • English level B1 - B2.
  • Validation from Educational Institution for internship.
  • No prior learning contract with another company.
  • Availability for office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm).

Job Description

At Publicis Groupe Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Trainee, final-semester students of Advertising, Marketing, Communication, and/or related fields; to join our team. This program includes comprehensive training across five digital areas (Business Intelligence, Digital Advertising, Data, SEO, and Social Media), where the student will be able to work and learn hand-in-hand with the most important specialists in the industry.

Responsibilities

Business Intelligence: Support in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis that generate important insights to achieve our clients' commercial objectives.

  • Support ad hoc studies.
  • Support in conducting audience and media consumption analysis.
  • Find consumer decision map.
  • Support in profile segmentation analysis.
  • Develop competitive analysis.

Digital Advertising: Support in the implementation and optimization of campaigns on digital platforms, oriented towards fulfilling client objectives.

  • Support in the implementations of digital advertising.
  • Generate campaign performance reports.
  • Learn and perform optimizations in campaigns to meet investment and KPI objectives.
  • Provide support in all unit processes.

Data: Support in understanding and interpreting data to achieve its correct visualization, generating important insights for business campaigns and fulfilling client-defined KPIs.

  • Support in data definition and integration (Data Model).
  • Support in API development for source integration.
  • Data exploration and analysis, for generating audience insights.
  • Support in the development and adaptation of different technologies.
  • Support in building Audience dashboards.
  • Support in building and analyzing social listening data.

Social Media: Support and optimize clients' presence on social networks.

  • Support in managing social media comments for certain brands.
  • Support in creating general social media management reports according to established standards or templates.
  • Identify opportunities for some brands on social media according to the ongoing conversation.
  • Support in creating content grids to be published on brands' social media.

SEO: Support the visibility and organic traffic of large advertisers by applying strategies provided by the team.

  • Support in carrying out SEO strategies.
  • Learn about organic positioning tools such as Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, ASO (App).

Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

  • English level: B1 - B2
  • Ideally certified in a digital marketing tool.
  • Have validation from the Educational Institution to start their internships.
  • Not having previously signed a learning contract with another company.
  • Availability for office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
