This Business Operations Analyst role supports strategic operations reviews, process improvements, technology deployments, and optimization initiatives. The role drives productivity, efficiency, continual process improvement, and innovation by collaborating with agency operations and media investment teams to deploy operational standards and streamline processes.
Must Have
- Assist with operational analysis, process improvement, and documentation.
- Provide first-level support for agency investment teams on operational systems and tools.
- Support process improvement and innovation efforts.
- Create accurate system documentation and process maps using business analysis and technical writing skills.
- Demonstrate understanding of marketing fundamentals, emerging technologies, and digital/traditional media channels.
- Conduct business reviews with internal teams and external partners to streamline or automate processes.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects and assignments.
- Possess a background in process development and documentation.
- Have experience working with junior and senior stakeholders.
- Possess advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet.
- Experience managing process documentation and workflow design.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis in the media and advertising industry.
Good to Have
- Experience working with Media Buying and Planning tools.

Overview

The Business Operations Analyst will support strategic operations reviews, process improvements, technology deployments and optimization initiatives. This role will assist in driving productivity, efficiency, continual process improvement and innovation.
This role will work collaboratively with agency operations and media investment teams to deploy operational standards and help streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with operational analysis, process improvement and documentation
- First level support for agency investment teams for Operational systems and tools
- Support process improvement and innovation efforts
- Business analysis and technical writing skills required to create accurate system documentation and process maps
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals, with an emphasis on emerging technologies, and digital and traditional media channels
- Conduct business reviews with internal teams and external partners to identify ways to streamline or automate processes
Qualifications
- Must be detail-oriented, capable of simultaneously handling multiple projects and assignments, and able to manage/prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate background in process development and documentation
- Experience working with a wide range of junior and senior stakeholders
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint), Smartsheet
- Experience managing process documentation and workflow design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with Media Buying and Planning tools - Preferred
- Media Operations, Technical Operations, Business Operations – Desired
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis in the media and advertising industry

Compensation Range: $64,400- $90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
