Job Summary

Joining the team in Carquefou, near Nantes, you will integrate into a dynamic site focused on digital services for critical information systems and secure digital transformation. You will work in human-sized teams specializing in secure user-centric web application development. Your role involves framing and formalizing needs, writing functional documentation, supporting the development team, and participating in functional testing, all within an Agile framework and a continuous improvement approach.

Must Have

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in information systems, IT, business analysis, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis/AMOA/product
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills to structure needs into clear, testable User Stories
  • Excellent written and oral communication for pedagogical support
  • Experience in Agile contexts (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Mastery of continuous improvement concepts

Your daily life

By joining us in Carquefou, near Nantes, you will integrate into a dynamic site bringing together our digital services activities, enabling us to operate our clients' critical information systems and support them in their secure digital transformation.

You will join human-sized teams specializing in secure web application development with a User-Centric approach.

The project? A strategic program to refactor a critical application for a major ministry, where you will share your expertise within Agile teams.

You will contribute to our continuous improvement approach to maintain quality at the heart of our priorities.

Your missions:

  • Frame and formalize the need by leading workshops with stakeholders, analyzing inputs and existing processes
  • Write functional documentation and associated User Stories, with acceptance criteria
  • Establish a relationship of trust with the client, and contribute to decision-making through clear and factual communication
  • Give meaning to the implementation team and provide them with support throughout the implementation,
  • Participate in the functional testing strategy to ensure compliance with needs and quality of deliverables
  • Engage in a continuous improvement approach by integrating Accessibility and Green by Design dimensions, as well as good security and data protection practices.

Your profile

You have a Bac+5 degree (engineering school or university) in information systems, computer science, business analysis, or equivalent.

You have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis/AMOA/product, acquired through internships, apprenticeships, or first employment.

Your analytical and synthesis skills allow you to structure a need and translate it into clear and testable User Stories.

You have excellent written and oral communication skills that enable you to provide pedagogical support.

You have evolved in Agile contexts (Scrum/Kanban) and master continuous improvement concepts.
