Job Summary

This internship is for a Business Continuity Plan Manager at Thales' Etrelles site, a center of excellence in microelectronics. The intern will join the IT team responsible for unclassified infrastructures, networks, and local applications. The main goal is to implement and structure the site's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to enhance the resilience of information systems. Responsibilities include auditing infrastructures, mapping key system elements, documenting the BCP, identifying risks, and proposing improvements.

Your daily life

Located at the gates of Brittany, the Etrelles site is our center of excellence in microelectronics, bringing together development, production, integration, and testing activities. The site designs and manufactures microelectronic modules as well as integrated electronic sub-assemblies capable of operating in demanding environments.

You will join the IT team responsible for unclassified infrastructures and networks, as well as local applications. You will contribute to the implementation and structuring of the site's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to strengthen the resilience of information systems.

In this context, your missions are as follows:

  • Conduct an audit of local infrastructures, networks, and applications.
  • Map key elements of the information system (flows, dependencies, criticality).
  • Write and structure the documentation associated with the BCP.
  • Identify and formalize major pain points and risks.
  • Propose improvement and security actions in conjunction with the IT team.

You are in BUT, license, or equivalent in the field of IT, networks, or cybersecurity and you have the following skills:

  • Knowledge in computer networks and IT infrastructures;

  • Ability to map and structure technical documentation;
  • Proficiency in office tools for writing and presenting your work.
