Job Summary
As a Senior CIO Advisory Consultant, you will join Sia's Technology Advantage team, working across various sectors (transport, energy, banking & insurance, public sector). Your missions will involve advising clients on IT, AI, and data strategies, framing and orchestrating digital transformations, and providing operational support. You will work on large-scale projects covering organizational models, operational strategy, performance optimization, architecture, cloud transformation, ITSM, and economic performance. You will also contribute to internal firm life, including recruitment, mentoring, offer development, publications, and client events.
Must Have
- Advise clients on IT, AI, and data strategies
- Frame, orchestrate, and operationally support digital transformations
- Work on organizational, operating model, and leadership transformations
- Define SI strategy and roadmap, including AI-driven SI trajectory
- Pilot programs/projects and support deployment
- Define/optimize customer experience, business processes, and user journeys
- Implement operational excellence (Lean Management, AI for Dev, AI for Ops, DevSecOps)
- Organize architecture function, define architectural framework, evaluate technology
- Define cloud and AI strategy, implement centers of excellence, FinOps and GreenOps
- Optimize operations & ITSM, including AI for Ops
- Conduct business cases, benchmarks, financial optimization for cloud and AI
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting or with Data, AI, or IS Departments
- Fluent in French and English

Job Description
As a Senior CIO Advisory Consultant, you will join Sia's Technology Advantage team. Within this Business Unit, our teams work across all sectors (transport, energy, banking & insurance, public sector, etc.) on the main levers of digital transformation. Their missions:
- Inform our clients on IT, AI, and data in the face of rapidly evolving emerging technologies to help them define a strategic direction adapted to their needs.
- Frame, orchestrate, and operationally support these transformations.
In this context, you will work within multidisciplinary teams on various data advisory missions, framing and supporting large-scale projects on issues such as:
- Organization, operating model, leadership: transformation of organizations and their operational model (product mode, AI-centric, AI-native), skills management (SBO, SWP IT), leadership, and culture.
- Operational strategy and transformation projects: definition of the SI strategy and roadmap, the technological trajectory of an AI-driven SI; framing and piloting of programs/projects, support for deployment; IT due diligence.
- Operational performance: definition/optimization of customer experience, business processes, and user journeys; operational excellence (Lean Management, AI for Dev, AI for Ops, DevSecOps); audit/diagnosis and recommendations.
- Architecture and technological innovation: organization of the architecture function, normative architectural framework, architectural choices, technological evaluation.
- Cloud and platform transformation: definition of cloud and AI strategy, implementation of centers of excellence, FinOps and GreenOps, modernization of the SI.
- Operations optimization & ITSM: strategy for function performance, operations reliability, definition and optimization of ITSM processes, Observability, structuring and deployment of AI for Ops.
- Economic performance: business cases, benchmarks, financial optimization, cloud and AI profitability.
You will also be involved in the internal life of the firm, around various topics:
- Contribution to team development: recruitment, supervision of consultants in the context of missions or internal projects, mentoring of consultants.
- Development or strengthening of our offers and training through working groups (production of internal tools, for clients, etc.).
- Publication policy (articles, studies, press releases, etc.).
- Piloting responses to calls for tenders and commercial proposals.
- Participation in our client events: breakfasts, training sessions, feedback, etc.
Qualifications
Graduated from a major engineering or business school, or a leading university, you have at least 3 years of experience in consulting or with Data, AI, or IS Departments on CIO Advisory or digital transformation issues. You have ideally started to specialize in one or more of the problems listed above.
You have an appetite for data and AI challenges, an ability to quickly develop skills in these areas, and are enthusiastic about helping our clients seize opportunities.
