Job Summary

The Sales Enablement Manager, AMER will be the primary business partner for Thales' Application and Data Security customer-facing teams in AMER. This role focuses on providing adequate sales and product training to enable faster go-to-market and higher productivity. Responsibilities include driving the overall learning journey for sales teams, developing and delivering content, supporting new hires, and collaborating with the Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team on regional and global continuous education programs. The manager will also lead virtual product education, systems & process training, and standardize common training content.

Thales is hiring an Sales Enablement Manager, AMER you will be the main business partner to our Application and Data Security customer facing teams in AMER by providing adequate sales and product trainings that enable faster go to market and higher productivity.

You’ll drive and facilitate the overall learning journey for our sales teams and contribute to how we develop, deliver, and reinforce our content. You’ll support new hires and new-to-role hires throughout their onboarding journey with Thales, and partner with the wider Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team to drive both regional and global enablement continuous education programs.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Drive global and region-specific enablement initiatives.
  • Own and nurture relationships with geographical leaders.
  • Ensure alignment between global and regional efforts.
  • Provide regular feedback to all Global Sales Enablement (GSE) Teams to inform global strategies & programs.
  • Lead and facilitate virtual product education and coaching, as well as systems & process training to our AMER sales audience.
  • Identify and standardize common training content.
  • Act as an ambassador for Thales sales methodology, driving awareness and consumption of training content with the sales leadership and sales teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in enablement with a sales background from Tech/Technology Software or SaaS related technology.
  • Experience building and deploying new enablement programs and processes for large technology sales teams.
  • Strong team mindset and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Experience in training remote groups.
  • Familiar with sales enablement tools and sales methodologies, with demonstrable ability to transfer the knowledge to our internal customer (sales teams, sales leadership, & sales support organization).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative and innovative, with a drive for continues improvement to virtual learning delivery.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain strong working relationships across a wide range of cultures and stakeholders.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between

Total Target Cash (TTC) 85,034.00 - 168,266.00 USD Annual

This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity.
