This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams for client onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of Audience engagements, and advocating for clients by resolving technical inquiries and issues promptly.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical account management or delivery operations, specific to MarTech/AdTech industry
  • Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Formulas and similar advanced functions
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams

Good to Have

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience with developer tools and APIs is a plus

What You'll Bring:

Impact You'll Make:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, issue resolution, solutioning, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions.
  • Manage the implementation process, ensuring smooth onboarding and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams to ensure timely outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects on time and within scope.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on TransUnion’s data products and features.

As a Technical Account Manager at TransUnion, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our Marketing Solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering technical expertise and support to help them achieve their goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard clients, ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Audience engagements, and serve as the client advocate by addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
