Job Summary
This program is designed for postgraduates passionate about building a career with novel ideas, new skill sets, and data-driven insights. Interns will explore and resolve business issues, complete designated projects, and drive cultural change. The six-month internship (March-August 2025) aims to provide a rewarding experience while meeting business needs. Interns will provide professional services, participate in projects, interact with stakeholders, receive mentoring, conduct research, and prepare reports.

What We'll Bring:
As part of our 'Information for Good' employer branding strategy, this program is designed for postgraduates who are passionate and enthusiastic about building a career with novel ideas, new skill sets, and data-driven insights. Postgraduates are invited to join our program with various aims, including exploring and resolving business issues, completing meaningful designated projects, and driving organizational cultural change. The internship period will last for six months, from March to August 2025. Our aim is to provide a rewarding and challenging experience for our interns while meeting the specific needs of the business team.

Impact You'll Make:
- Provides professional services under the supervision of professional staff and/or faculty personnel, aligned with the day-to-day operating objectives of the unit.
- Undertakes and participates in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise relevant to the organization's needs.
- Participates in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within their area of expertise.
- Interacts directly with colleagues and other internal or external stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from professional personnel in planning and executing activities and assignments.
- Conducts original research and prepares reports based on findings, including recommendations or alternative proposals for action, as specified by unit management.
- May provide day-to-day guidance and support to student employees and/or interns within their area of specialty.
- May undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the specific objectives of the operating unit.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
