Senior Data Advisory Consultant - Lille Office

This Senior AI Transformation Consultant role within Sia's Technology Advantage team involves advising clients across various sectors on digital transformation, IT, AI, and data strategies. Responsibilities include defining AI adoption strategies, accelerating AI use case implementation from ideation to industrialization, structuring AI governance and organization, and supporting human transformation and AI adoption, including Gen AI solutions. The role also involves internal contributions to team development, offer enhancement, publications, and client events.

Job Description

As a Senior AI Transformation Consultant, you join Sia's Technology Advantage team. Within this Business Unit, our teams work with all sectors of activity (transport, energy, banking & insurance, public sector, etc.) on the main levers of digital transformation. Their missions:

• Inform our clients on IT, AI, and data in the face of rapidly evolving emerging technologies to help them define a strategic direction adapted to their needs
• Frame, orchestrate, and operationally support these transformations

In this context, you will work within multidisciplinary teams on various data advisory missions, framing and supporting large-scale projects on issues such as:

Define the AI adoption strategy

• Evaluate the maturity and AI potential of an organization.
• Co-construct AI roadmaps aligned with business priorities and transformation ambitions.
• Identify value creation levers related to generative, predictive, or cognitive AI.
• Support management in their strategic reflections on the governance and responsibility of AI uses.

Accelerate the implementation of AI use cases

• Identify and prioritize the most relevant AI use cases according to business challenges.
• Frame and pilot AI projects, from ideation to industrialization.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure the concrete and measurable value of deployed solutions.
• Contribute to the evaluation of the performance and ROI of AI initiatives.

Structure AI governance and organization

• Design the organizational and operational models necessary for sustainable and effective AI (AI Factory, AI Center of Excellence, responsible governance).
• Define the roles, processes, and standards for integrating AI into the heart of operations.
• Implement governance and compliance frameworks (ethics, explainability, GDPR, responsible AI).

Support human transformation and AI adoption

• Deploy Gen AI solutions in companies (Chat GPT Enterprise, Claude for work, MS Copilot…)
• Facilitate the adoption of AI tools and uses by business lines.
• Train and acculturate employees to data, AI, and intelligent automation.
• Design and implement levers for the appropriation of Gen AI solutions
• Manage change to support the evolution of working methods and skills.
• Promote responsible and human-centered AI, ensuring sustainable and inclusive transformation.

You are also involved in the internal life of the firm, around various subjects:

• Contribution to team development: recruitment, supervision of consultants in the context of missions or internal projects, mentoring of consultants.
• Development or strengthening of our offers and training through working groups (production of internal tools, for clients, etc.).
• Publication policy (articles, studies, press releases, etc.).
• Management of responses to calls for tenders and commercial proposals.
• Intervention during our client events: breakfasts, training, feedback, etc.

Qualifications

Graduated from a major engineering or business school, or a leading university, you have at least 3 years of experience in consulting or with Data, AI, or IT Departments on AI transformation issues. You have ideally started to specialize in one or more of the problems listed above.

You have an appetite for data and AI issues, an ability to quickly develop skills on these subjects, and are enthusiastic about helping our clients seize the opportunities.
