Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (or BI Analyst) to join our Data team. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and supervision of the analytical strategy and operations to provide recommendations for our various games. The role will primarily involve collaboration with the Funbridge team. The 52 Entertainment Data team is full of talented individuals working to bring knowledge to the Business & Finance, Product, and Marketing teams. It is a cross-functional team working with all Business Units of the group (Europe, US, Asia).
Must Have
- Ability to easily discuss technical concepts with a wide range of audiences (from analysts/engineers to business stakeholders), and navigate between a global vision and operational details.
- Strong ability to prioritize and evaluate the impact of requests against the effort required.
- Excel at simplifying complex systems, creating intuitive, well-documented, and long-term maintainable data models.
- Enjoy working with diverse teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Located in Boulogne-Billancourt.
- 4 years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to organize your time and priorities.
- Experience with varied teams and multicultural environments.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Experience with a Cloud solution (GCP, AWS, etc.).
- Experience with a visualization tool: Looker / Looker Data Studio.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts: A/B testing, predictions.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of dbt would be appreciated.
- Experience in Data Science and Python would be a plus.

Team Description
The 52 Entertainment Data team is full of talented individuals working to bring knowledge to the Business & Finance, Product, and Marketing teams. It is a cross-functional team working with all Business Units of the group (Europe, US, Asia).

The team consists of 4 Data Analysts, 2 Analytics Engineers, and 2 Data Engineers and reports to the Head of Data & Growth.
Stack
Modern Data Stack: Prefect, Spark, Google BigQuery, dbt, Github, VSCode, Deepnote & Looker
Project tracking: Slack, Google Drive, Confluence, Jira
The activities of the future Data Analyst will focus on BigQuery, dbt, Deepnote, and Looker
Missions
- Support informed decision-making across different teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Management teams to understand their needs and implement analyses and create/maintain dashboards, emphasizing the ability of these stakeholders to autonomously access necessary data.
- Get involved in the evolution of the team's Data stack and be a source of proposals for its improvement.
- Create and share engaging presentations and documents based on your findings.
- Define and implement documentation to encourage other teams to better use data and analyses performed.
- Integrate into a high-performing and responsive team of Data Analysts, capable of collecting, synthesizing, and distributing data quickly and accurately.

- Experience: 4 years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst.
- You are fluent in French and English. As the Data team is international, our meetings are held in English.
- You know how to organize your time and priorities.
- You have experience with varied teams and multicultural environments.
- Open-minded, diplomatic, and pedagogical.
Your skills
