Job Summary

Join our HR team as a 6-month intern. You will participate in various strategic and operational HR projects, including talent management, compensation and benefits, and cross-functional HR projects. You will also have the opportunity to work on employer brand initiatives and develop partnerships with educational institutions.

Must Have

  • Participate in drafting and updating job descriptions, support the creation and optimization of announcements on recruitment platforms.
  • Participate in benchmark studies on compensation and social benefits, help structure compensation and benefits policies.
  • Participate in the development of the inclusion policy, contribute to other cross-functional HR topics such as onboarding and internal communication.
  • Contribute to initial work on skills mapping and structuring internal career paths.
  • Research and identify target schools and relevant training for our professions (video games, tech, marketing, HR…).
  • Participate in the development of lasting partnerships with institutions (forums, interventions, alumni networks…).
  • Contribute to employer brand initiatives (social networks, career site, communication materials).

Good to Have

  • An interest in the mobile gaming or tech industry is a real plus.

The position

As part of the development of our HR team, we are looking for a motivated and curious HR intern to support a variety of strategic and operational HR projects.

Talent Management & Recruitment

  • Participate in the drafting and updating of job descriptions in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Support the creation and optimization of advertisements on our various recruitment platforms.
  • Contribute to the initial work on skills mapping and structuring internal career paths.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Participate in benchmark studies on compensation and social benefits in the video game and tech sectors.
  • Help structure our compensation and benefits policies (e.g.: employee benefits, incentive schemes, well-being initiatives, etc.).

HR Projects

  • Participate in the development of our inclusion policy, particularly on the subject of disability and RQTH (Recognition of Disabled Worker Status): research, benchmarks, internal awareness-raising.
  • Contribute to other cross-functional HR topics (onboarding, internal communication, HR documentation, etc.).

School Relations & Employer Brand

  • Research and identify target schools and relevant training for our professions (video games, tech, marketing, HR, etc.).

Profile sought

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business School or equivalent field (gap year or end-of-study internship).
  • Possessing strong interpersonal skills, organized, proactive and creative.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Comfortable with office and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • An interest in the mobile gaming or tech industry is a real plus.
