Job Summary

As an HR Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will support our managers and employees in all organizational and administrative HR topics. You ensure that daily work processes function reliably and are a dependable contact person for internal and external concerns. You will manage HRIS, absence, contracts, support recruiting, and assist with HR processes like performance reviews and salary adjustments.

Must Have

  • Maintain HRIS system and digital personnel files
  • Manage and coordinate absence management (vacation, illness, special leave)
  • Create employment references and organize employment contracts for employees and freelancers
  • Participate in the recruiting process (job postings, interview coordination, HR tools, onboarding)
  • Assist with personnel-related processes (employee reviews, salary adjustments, promotions)
  • Act as contact person for authorities, social and health insurance, and topics like company pension schemes, maternity protection, parental leave, or part-time work
  • Organize internal and external training measures, as well as onsite events and team events
  • Support new foreign-language colleagues with organizational questions regarding their start

HR Operations Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an HR Operations Manager (m/f/d) for the earliest possible start date, in a permanent position. The position is full-time (38 hours/week) on-site in Berlin. Hybrid work is possible.

Your Responsibilities

As an HR Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will support our managers and employees in all organizational and administrative HR topics. You ensure that daily work processes function reliably and are a dependable contact person for internal and external concerns.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of the HRIS system and digital personnel files
  • Maintenance and coordination of absence management (vacation, illness, special leave)
  • Creation of employment references and organization of employment contracts for employees and freelancers
  • Participation in the recruiting process, e.g., with job postings, interview coordination, HR tools, and onboarding
  • Collaboration in personnel-related processes such as employee reviews, salary adjustments, or promotions

Further Responsibilities

  • Contact person for authorities, social and health insurance, as well as for topics such as company pension schemes, maternity protection, parental leave, or part-time work
  • Organization of internal and external training measures, as well as onsite events and team events
  • Support for new foreign-language colleagues with organizational questions regarding their start

What you bring

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in economics, social sciences, or humanities
  • Professional experience in HR or administrative area
  • Good knowledge of Personio or a comparable HRIS solution
  • Proficient in Google Suite and/or MS Office
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • High degree of discretion and responsibility
