Job Summary
The Human Resources Department Manager will be responsible for organizing and implementing talent strategies for overseas branches, optimizing organizational structure and human resource costs. This role requires deep understanding of overseas market dynamics to develop and execute HR strategies across recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. The manager will also focus on enhancing team cohesion and organizational vitality through effective team building and cultural initiatives, adapting to cross-time zone work and business travel.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3-5 years+ HR experience

1. Organization and Talent Strategy: Based on the group's globalization development strategy, provide professional solutions for the organizational structure, talent layout, and human cost optimization of overseas branches to ensure efficient collaboration and agility. Control human resource costs and optimize human resource allocation.
2. Business Insight and Solution Implementation: Deeply understand overseas market dynamics and local business logic. From the dual perspectives of "external market + internal business," diagnose organizational and talent issues, and formulate and implement HR strategies that fit business scenarios.
3. Full-process HR Management: Fully responsible for the human resources work of the supported overseas team, leading and promoting its effective operation in personnel planning, recruitment and allocation, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and cross-cultural construction. Participate in other HR project-based work as needed by the organization, exploring and optimizing the most business-relevant implementation scenarios and methods.
4. Organizational Energy and Culture Building: Possess a high degree of sensitivity to people and organizations. Through effective team building, communication mechanisms, and cultural activities, enhance the cohesion and organizational vitality of overseas teams, creating a positive, inclusive, and efficient work atmosphere.
Basic Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution, any major.
2. Work Experience:
- 3-5 years or more of human resources work experience.
- Experience as HRBP or HRM in large internet companies, and experience directly supporting overseas or multinational teams. In-depth understanding and practical experience in at least one module such as recruitment, performance, employee relations, or organizational development.
3. Overseas Support Capability: Excellent English (or the main language of the supported region) communication skills, capable of barrier-free written and oral communication as a working language.
4. Core Competencies: Possess sensitivity to people and organizations, capable of organizational & personnel diagnosis, and able to formulate effective solutions for problems and drive their implementation.
5. Affinity: Able to diagnose and design from the perspective of organizational culture and team building to promote the enhancement of organizational vitality.
6. Able to adapt to cross-time zone work mode with overseas teams, adaptable to business travel.
