Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment and staffing, including campus recruitment, to meet departmental needs. Key duties involve establishing and implementing training programs, developing and executing performance management systems, and handling labor disputes. The role also requires assisting with compensation calculations and ensuring the completeness and timely archiving of HR management files. Candidates should have over 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR management, and a strong understanding of modern HR practices and relevant laws.

  • Systematic understanding and practical experience in modern enterprise human resource management models
  • In-depth understanding of various HR functional modules

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the recruitment and staffing of various departmental positions to achieve recruitment plans, and responsible for the quality of recruited employees and timely onboarding;

2. Responsible for the implementation of campus recruitment and related work;

3. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the company's training system and training management, and responsible for the effectiveness of various employee training results;

4. Responsible for the construction of the company's performance system, promoting its execution, and ensuring its promotion, subsequent evaluation, and adjustment;

5. Responsible for the timeliness and legality of handling employee labor disputes;

6. Cooperate with the compensation and benefits supervisor to complete related work during the compensation calculation period;

7. Responsible for the completeness and timely archiving of the company's HR management files;

8. Responsible for the implementation of various assessment reward and punishment decisions;

9. Other related work that needs to be coordinated.

Job Requirements:

1. Age: 30-45 years old

2. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Administrative Management or related majors

3. Experience: More than 5 years of experience in human resources positions, at least 3 years of experience in human resource management

4. Knowledge: Familiar with national, regional, and enterprise laws and policies regarding contract management, salary systems, employment mechanisms, insurance benefits, training, etc.

5. Abilities: Systematic understanding and practical experience in modern enterprise human resource management models, in-depth understanding of various human resource management functional modules, and ability to guide the work of various functional modules

6. Other requirements: Possess good professional ethics, strong principles, affinity, and execution ability.
