Job Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in Henan province, achieving annual sales, revenue, and market share targets for the brand. This includes building and managing a regional sales team, developing channel resources, and analyzing local consumer demand and competitor dynamics to adjust sales strategies and enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for the formulation and implementation of sales strategies in Henan Province, leading the completion of the brand's annual sales volume, revenue, and market share targets in the local area.
2. Build and manage a regional sales team, including personnel recruitment, training, and performance incentives, to create a highly executive combat team.
3. Deeply develop channel resources in the Henan region (such as supermarkets, convenience stores, e-commerce platforms, government and enterprise clients, etc.), maintain core cooperative relationships, and expand new sales scenarios.
4. Investigate local consumer demand and competitor dynamics in Henan, adjust sales strategies in a timely manner, and enhance brand awareness and user loyalty in the region.
Requirements
1. More than 5 years of sales management experience in the FMCG/dairy industry, including at least 2 years of experience in a regional head (provincial level preferred) position. Familiarity with the market characteristics of various cities in Henan is a plus.
2. Possess excellent ability to break down and implement goals, with successful cases of leading teams to achieve sales breakthroughs and expand new markets in the past.
3. Possess mature local channel resources in Henan (such as Dennis, Pang Dong Lai and other chain supermarkets, or regional distributor networks), and be able to quickly start business.
4. Strong ability to withstand pressure, keen market insight and negotiation skills, and able to adapt to frequent regional business trips.
