Responsible for project management of autonomous driving projects, including but not limited to project planning, risk identification, and issue tracking. Closely collaborate with product technology to understand and implement intelligent driving solutions, promote the implementation of platform solutions, and ensure mass production and delivery of complete vehicle projects. Develop and implement end-to-end project management processes covering the entire flow from demand introduction to delivery. Formulate reasonable project plans and establish process tracking and change management mechanisms. Effectively utilize internal and external company resources and propose reasonable suggestions.

Must Have

• Manage autonomous driving projects (planning, risk, issue tracking).
• Collaborate with product tech for intelligent driving solutions.
• Implement platform solutions and ensure vehicle mass production.
• Develop and execute end-to-end project management processes.
• Formulate project plans with tracking and change management.
• Utilize resources and propose suggestions.
• 3+ years experience in intelligent driving/whole vehicle/ADAS/Tier1 project management.
• Experience in intelligent driving technology development.
• In-depth understanding of intelligent driving testing and verification.
• Familiarity with intelligent driving modules and functions (e.g., NOA, NOP).
• Fluent English for professional communication.
• Excellent communication skills and strong stress resistance.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of work experience, must include project management experience in intelligent driving/whole vehicle/ADAS/Tier1.

2. Participated in intelligent driving/intelligent driving related technology development.

3. In-depth understanding of testing and verification.

4. Familiarity with various modules of intelligent driving, such as perception fusion, planning, control, prediction, function definition.

5. Certain understanding of intelligent driving functions, such as NOA/NOP/HWP/TJP/LKA.

6. Fluent in English, able to participate in phone/video conferences.

7. Excellent communication skills, strong stress resistance.
