Job Summary
The Finance of the Future team specializes in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects, focusing on transforming financial functions using modern planning, analytical, and reporting tools. They support clients in building integrated planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for effective enterprise performance management. They develop and implement modern EPM platforms, including Anaplan, to enable flexible, agile, and scalable financial process management in dynamic business environments. The role involves designing and implementing Anaplan models, participating in large deployments, collaborating with clients, testing, documenting, and ensuring quality, leading Show & Tell sessions, and supporting EPM solution sales.
Must Have
- At least 3 years of experience in Anaplan implementations or at least 5 years in other EPM platforms (IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, OneStream, Jedox).
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional planning models.
- Knowledge of financial, operational, S&OP, or controlling planning processes.
- Experience in project work in a consulting or advisory environment.
- Fluent communication in Polish and English.
- Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions.
Good to Have
- Anaplan Model Builder certification.
- Solution Architect certification.
- Master Anaplanner certification.

The Finance of the Future team specializes in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects, focusing on transforming the financial function using modern planning, analytical, and reporting tools.
We support our clients in building integrated planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, enabling effective enterprise performance management. We create solutions that allow for planning and making more accurate business decisions, as well as increasing transparency and control over strategy implementation.
We develop and implement modern EPM platforms – including Anaplan – which enable flexible, agile, and scalable management of financial processes in a dynamic business environment.
We are looking for:
EPM Consultant
Your future role:
- Designing and implementing Anaplan models in accordance with client business requirements.
- Participation in large deployments in the Polish and international markets as an EPM tool expert.
- Collaboration with clients in process analysis, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation.
- Testing, documenting, and ensuring the quality of implementations.
- Conducting Show & Tell sessions presenting the developed solution.
- Support in selling EPM solutions – preparing offers, presentations, and participating in client meetings.
- Ultimately: leading implementation teams.
Apply if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Anaplan implementations or at least 5 years of experience in other EPM platforms (e.g., IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, OneStream, Jedox).
