Job Summary

PwC Société d'Avocats is seeking a Confirmed Innovation Finance Consultant for its Research Tax Credit (CIR) and Innovation Tax team. The role involves managing CIR projects for French and international clients, including eligibility determination, documentation, and team supervision. Responsibilities also cover implementing CIR processes, reviewing for auditors, conducting due diligence analysis, and assisting with tax audits. Must Have

What you can expect from us:

You will join the Research Tax Credit ("CIR") and Innovation Taxation team within the corporate tax department and participate in managing CIR files for French and international clients.

Your main missions will be as follows:

  • Realization of the technical and financial aspects of CIR missions, notably determining the eligibility perimeters of projects and associated expenses, and preparing justificative documentation.
  • Piloting CIR projects/missions for Key Accounts and ETIs (Intermediate-Sized Enterprises).
  • Supervision and training of internal teams and clients on the management of Research Tax Credit support missions.
  • Implementation of CIR processes for companies, review of CIR for statutory auditors, analysis of CIR in the context of due diligence, support for companies during CIR tax audits.
  • Participation in the development of the team, the value proposition, and the client portfolio.

You will carry out your missions in conjunction with experts from the PwC network in France and internationally. Our team regularly works on international assignments.

What we can expect from you:

  • You are a graduate of an engineering school and/or hold a scientific Master's degree in Physics / Chemistry.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in research tax credit, or demonstrate a very good knowledge of the CIR mechanism, an ability to pilot missions for Key Accounts and ETIs, and to supervise more junior consultants, and knowledge of supporting CIR tax audits.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, rigor, proactiveness, client relationship skills.
  • A good level of English, both oral and written, is required.
